Chris Borek

With a career spanning more than 25 years, Chris has extensive expertise in aquatic management. Prior to his role at TIGRIS, Chris owned and operated Black Lagoon Pond Management, an award-winning Northeast Aquatic Plant Management Society (NEAPMS) corporate member. He was awarded SePRO’s National Steward of Water award in 2022. Chris is currently Vice President of the NEAPMS, an organization he has belonged to since its inception in 1999. Chris has a B.S. in Environmental Science with a minor certificate in Natural Resource Management from Rutgers University, Cook College.
